This is a belated Birthday present for a friend. She'll know what this is about... ;p I hope you like it!

A quick sketch of Miya, in 7 hours - it's much quicker than my usual (I prefer to work over 2 or 3 weeks), so I couldn't work any finer within that time.

It's pretty much a stylized portrait (particularly the hair), with the background shaded in 2B. Unfortunately he changed this hairstyle just for Taste of Chaos. XD

The shading on the face is just unbelievable :wow:
I especially love the dark shading around the eyes, nose, and mouth.
The texture of the hair is done so well. Just by looking at the lighter tips makes you think there's a light behind him.
The only thing that looks strange to me is how the right cheek looks near the background, sort of like blending in with it.
I really like the smoothness of the background. Amazing work :D
