Gladly completed this art-trade with ~juicethehedgehog , a few of you guessed correctly that this is Ling Xiaoyu from the Tekken video game. Didn't mean for this to take a whole month
I experimented with a different shading technique, and adding more detail to the portrait. I feel better about the result mainly because I was enjoying drawing it, especially the sudden funny idea to add Panda.

As always, I made sure to look at 100s of inspiring artwork before submitting this.
