Gladly completed this art-trade with *juicethehedgehog :meow:, a few of you guessed correctly that this is Ling Xiaoyu from the Tekken video game. Didn't mean for this to take a whole month :O
I experimented with a different shading technique, and adding more detail to the portrait. I feel better about the result mainly because I was enjoying drawing it, especially the sudden funny idea to add Panda.

This is so beautiful! Your shading always amazes me. The clothes look exceptional. I love the details on the face, as well as the glimmer in the eyes, nose, and mouth. The panda looks so cute and excited :XD:
The light source looks perfect, especially in the panda's direction.
I also love how the background is blended so smoothly!

Can't explain it, but I really like 'im^^.

Although I do not know the character :/
I think she's pretty, and even looks 3d with your pencil skillz 8D.

I was shading a pic recently with hair x_x dunno how you get such fine strands with blonds and all that DX, with it blending with skin tones. So I commend your talents! :)

It'd be cool if you used CG overlay colours, I wonder how that'd come out :O <3
