I dedicate this to =QuantumEldrAg - a very sweet friend, who not only comments on my art/journals, but other things such as wondering where I am if I'm not online for a while! I'm also a big fan of her colourful artwork.

The subject (Hikaru Utada) had been on my 'To Do' list for ages. I'm not fully pleased with the outcome, but it feels good to be back to serious drawing, anyway. I admire her, she's immensely talented.

Colour pencils (mainly Prismacolors, Faber Castell), Black ballpoint pen
W.I.P.s 2%-90% : [link] (as you can see, this started off as a graphite drawing but then I switched to using coloured pencils, which felt more exciting .... and frustrating ^_^)

You keep improving! I think I prefer the red flower... though your Utada version is so sweet. o.o Great hair, great skin, great eyes, great mouth!
I like the 'white' skin & the 'red' flower.
